This application really does exactly what it says. If you're bored of Windows 7's Start button, this little app will allow you to change it!
Note: It must be kept in its own folder, with the EXE file alongside the sample button orbs. If you try to use orb images from elsewhere, it won't work. Windows 7 Start Button Changer also requires the user to have administrator rights, as it makes pretty fundamental changes to Windows 7.
