Windows Media Player Plus! is a free plug-in for Windows Media Player that adds various user interface and playback enhancements. It is made for Windows Media Player 11 & higher.

With this method you will only need an internal/external wireless network card on your Notebook or PC with Windows 7 and not require any additional devices. However the signal coverage will not be strong as the real hotspot - Access point.
