It is a 'Flip 3D' function for Windows XP
It provides an alternate window-switcher to the standard Windows Alt-Tab. Winflip displays all open windows in a 3D stack(like in Vista & Windows 7), which the user can flick through and select using either keyboard or mouse.
Instructions:
Install, Run from StartMenu>program files>WinFlip
Win key+Tab to Flip between open Windows.
Un-installation: Quit WinFlip from system tray & Delete 'WinFlip' folder in C:\Program Files.
